Kelly Heaven
Kelly's pursuing a life-long passion for fitness. After leaving a nine year career in sales, Kelly began training friends and family out of a spare bedroom in her house. Friends and family led to other friends and coworkers and before she knew it, her schedule was full. From there, Kelly opened a larger space inside Kansas City Sports Club and expanded her business to small group classes and personal training. Additionally, she's excited to have an amazing team of experienced trainers. Small group training is growing in popularity because people want a "personal trainer" style workout on a fixed budget. With hectic schedules, juggling careers, family, and social activities, people need flexibility to work out on the days and times that are convenient to them. Burn Fitness offers small group classes with a personal trainer to coach you every step of the way. You'll know the names of the people in your class, have attention paid to your form, and leave KNOWING you "worked it." Chances are, your sore muscles will remind you for days to come. Hopefully, that's what keeps you coming back...are you ready to crave the burn?
