Registration for the 2014 WIN for KC Triathlon opens Friday, January 31 at 8 a.m.
New for 2014: Due to the increase number of participants, we will offer an experienced triathlete wave at the start of the race. This allows experienced triathletes to complete the swim and get on the bike course sooner, providing a safer flow of athletes throughout the race course. Please note, the experienced triathlete wave placement does not affect overall results as swim start is still chip timed.

Once you register, click here to view a personalized WIN for KC Triathlon 8 week training plan.
All triathletes MUST have a USAT (USA Triathlon) member number or purchase a one-day USAT pass for $12 to participate in the race. Why is this necessary? You will have the opportunity to purchase the one-day pass during the registration process when you sign-up online or click here if you would like to become an annual member of USAT.
Please Note: You will NOT be asked to enter a swim time during registration. The swim start will be a time trial start where one woman enters the water every three seconds, unless you elect the experienced wave start. Instead of taking swim times during registration and assigning you where to start, there will be minute-marker signs on race morning (starting at 6 minutes and going up) and you will place yourself in line according to your time for the 500 meter swim where you feel most comfortable.
