This is a fantastic event, especially for a first time triathlete. The race packet pick up was so easy and smooth. The 3 second start is far less intimidating for those new to a tri. The course was clearly marked and volunteers were great at making certain you knew where to go and at cheering for you! The bike had rolling hills and the run was fairly flat. It was great to see all types of women finishing the challenge. I have told many people to sign up for next year and I will be back. --Jeanine
This was my first Triathlon and I found it to be a GREAT experience! Everything was extremely organized and easy to follow; on-line information, packet pick-up, and race day. Impressive sponsors and volunteers were outstanding. Thanks, see ya next year! --Faith
This was my first tri and I'm so glad I chose this one to be my first! Friendly volunteers, I never felt lost. There was always someone near by looking to help out. Even with the extreme heat - all volunteers were wearing a smile ... the athletes too! --Katie
This event was well-organized, staffed by lots of excellent volunteers, and a very affirming place to try your first (or twentieth) triathlon! I'll certainly be back next year. --Molly
Despite the heat, this was a class event. It went off as planned with no glitches that were visible! I love the atmosphere and the support. Thanks!!! --Sandie
I really think this event is great for any and all ladies that have ever thought about doing a multisport event. The course allows the participants to experience the swim w/o getting into a slug fest - a flat well marked bike and run course and lots of support from both the volunteers and other participants. --Colleen
